Top Gear; BBC Admit Caravan Stunt

Many ‘Top gear’ fans out there will know of the caravan holiday. But BBC had a problem, the episode and been filled with real drama, none of it was staged, until the caravan went up in flames.

Know, it was obvious that it was staged, 100% absolutely, but only last night did the BBC admit it was a stunt. 6 firemen were paid about £1000 pounds and were told to treat it as a official emergency. So how did BBC defend themselves? By saying that it was obvious, but I’m sure people thought it was real. Otherwise, no one would care. This is another apology from the BBC, who seems to be handing out a lot; the Queen, Gordon Brown and about the phone call in trouble.

But back to the point, what else has been staged? Many of the other events have seemed a little ridiculous. For example, they made a people carrier convertible and it just happened to set fire to a million pound brand new car wash, this seems crazy, but was it staged? Personally, I don’t know what to think as when I saw it I first believed that it was, mainly because the water should have put it out, in theory. But then, I trust Top Gear for the bizarrest reasons.

Then again, a lot of the stunts they do, turn out just as worst as anything. Richard Hammond; his crash was watched by millions of people, and that wasn’t staged. So even the almost impossible will happen.

Maybe Top Gear can be far fetched, but the point is, whether they are faked or not, does it matter? Top Gear makes me smile and laugh, Clarkson taking a chainsaw to the cool wall, Hammond and May holding up “Jezza [heart] Kristin”, Clarkson's home mad limo breaking in half and when they went to America and nearly got killed. Maybe it’s ridiculous, but I love it, and staged or not, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
