Health Issues
Over the past few weeks, I have been eating less and less. It's gotten to the point where I'm not eating any food.
I guess I should make it clear that I'm not doing this to lose weight. I am content with my weight and always have been, though I may not be model thin. But for some reason I have no appetite. Food does not look appealing, not even junk food. And if I do actually manage to eat something, it won't stay down.
Now I'm really concerned for my health. I am losing weight faster than I ever have before. And I know that I am not getting proper nutrition. I hate getting sick and I do not like feeling weak, which is how this is leaving me to be.
So if anyone has any advice on what I can do, I would greatly appreciate it.
(and to add, I have been to the doctor's. He wasn't too helpful)

I had a problem like that about 7 or 8 years ago. I didn't want to eat anything, and it was hard for me to keep anything down. It got to the point where I couldn't even take water or medication that would supposedly solve the problem. Eventually I went to a hospital and was given medicine through an IV, I think. I really hope you get better soon. =]

honestly...you need to go see someone who can help you.
I didnt start eating till i went to rehab and went through alot to get there. Even now it's still VERY hard for me to eat.
I guess its kinda different becuase i'm anorexic but you still need to get help before anything happens.

Eat a little bit, but as you go on with meals eat a little more every time. Eventually your stomach should get used to the amounts of food as time goes on. Keep doing that and eventually you'll be back to normal. =)

How about this. Start out with half or a quarter piece of toast. see if you can eat that but don't rush it. Slowly if you can keep it down start eating the whole piece. than if u can keep that down after awhile, add something else like mayb a piece of orange. after a while u should b able to wat. hope this helped and get wll soon :) (L)

I did tell my doctor that, though I doubt he was listening to me. I do need a new doctor. And thanks.

No professional doctor would tell you to eat. If eating makes you sick, they certainly wouldn't just tell you to eat. They'd figure out what was wrong. Did you tell your doctor eating made you puke? if so, go to another doctor.

That's a tough one...

Although you may not like it, the best thing to do would be to see a doctor...
They know a lot more than most of us on here put together, and a doctor would be able to give you proper advice that he/she knows will work for you.
Hope you get better soon
