my nephew finally arived as I believe most of you know. I can't decide if I want to be happy.

This is my brothers second child. With a different gurl. I dont know if I should be happy. Ricky disn't have a steady job. He can hardly support his first kid. WHAT THE HELL WHAT HE THINKING? His girlfriend is 16 and he's 21. Wow. She's only a kid! She should be foccused on schooling. And now she has a baby.
I love him alread, he's my blood. Just. . . I don't know. I'm NOT proud of my brother. And I cant stand how disapointed my parents are. My mom isnt even HIS mom and she is dissapointed.
How could he let this happen? He obviously wasnt thinking. I mean. . . he dosn't have a good job. And he never graduated highschool. Now don't get me wrong I love my brother with all my heart and more. So how can I tell people not to critasize my brother when I am right now?
I don't know what to do

What you feel is natural, your brother doesn't have a good record and you are justifiably worried about your nephew. Your brother really does need a good kick in the ass and to grow up.
Do what you can to help your nephew's mum out, even small things can make a huge difference. No matter what path your brother chooses, this little guy is blood, stick with him.

Yeah, I'd be pissed. But I'd at least help out as much as I can.
Unless he just starts becoming lazy and not looking for a job and not taking care of his kid.
Then I'd call child services.
I don't know. It's not really my problem [no offense] but that's what I'd do.
