Super Paper Mario
"Super Paper Mario" is the one of the newest Mario games for the Wii. It's a 2D, side scrolling game just like the Super Mario games for the NES and SNES. This one is a little different though. You can flip back and forth between 2D and 3D whenever you want. However, you go 3D very briefly in the game. The majority of the game is in 2D. You need to go 3D to find hidden treasure and secret paths that you can't see in 2D though. The controls are very similar to the original Mario too. You hold the Wii remote sideways and you control Mario just like you were playing the original Mario.
Basically, you're Mario and you have to save the world from the evil Count Bleck. Count Bleck and his minions O'Chunks, Mimi, and Dimentio are trying to destroy the world. Mario teams up with Luigi, Princess Peach, and Bowser to try and stop Count Bleck by collecting the 8 "Pure Hearts".
This game is very fun and the controls are easy. You'll find yourself hooked on this game in no time. There's never a dull moment when playing it. If you're any type of Mario fan this is a "must have".
