Foo Fighters - Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace

What can I say, I love those Foo's!

The newest entry in the Foo Fighter's Collection
This album was produced by the same guy(Gil Norton) who did 'The Colour & The Shape' so fans of the old school can find a bit of similarities between the two! The whole album is both soft and rough, songs can change from fast and hard to something a little more softer and dramatic yet it still has that same style the band always had. (certain songs give off the feeling of those oldschool days of rock, such as "Steely Dan" as Dave once mentioned and many others) What I have to say is that its worth it for the fans but newcomers or those who haven't bought any of their previous work may (or may not) be a little bit dissappointed. The music stays true to what it is but at moments it doesn't really deliver anything new and sometimes feeling a bit repetitive at most points leaving some people wanting more. Still its nothing that big to worry about.

[note] as you can see 'Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners' is (obivously) dedicated to the miners during the mining collapse incident...
