A disgraceful website
Okay, so I'll admit it.
I've never really cared about people getting plastic surgery and things like breast implants. My views were: 'If you don't like the way you are and you want to change it, change it.'
But recently I was sat in the living room with my brother. I was playing on my DS and my brother suddenly laughed at the TV and said, "What a goof."
I looked up at the screen casually, preparing myself to be uninterested. But then I saw what was on it. It was the news, and there were two girls on the screen, fourteen years old, my age.
"Is that one of your mates, Key?" my brother laughed. I ignored him, too interested in the piece on the news, and continued to look at the screen. They were talking about a website. This one to be exact:

Well, I checked out this website, and honestly? I have never been so disgusted in my life.
It's almost unreal how sexist and downright ridiculous this website is.
Actually, that's probably an understatement.
This website is all about making your own virtual character, much like Neopets. Except these characters are called 'bimbos'. Last I checked, 'bimbo' was a cruel insult sometimes used for girls who showed themselves off a lot and liked to party.
The concept of the game is to make your character, use your own money which you pay into the website to feed her, give her clothes, oh and, maybe a little plastic surgery.
That's right, you can give your character plastic surgery. And diet pills. All this to become the 'rising star bimbo!' as the website owners put it.
The clothes are showy and the girls are extremely skinny. If you choose to give her plastic surgery, the tag line for the surgery option is, 'Why not treat yourself to a little plastic surgery?'
On the homepage, before you register, it says, 'Even resort to meds or plastic surgery. Stop at nothing to become the reigning bimbo!'
That is one of the most disgraceful things I have ever seen in my life.
And it scares me, worries me, that some girls are listening to things like this.
I can't believe someone would make a website like this, and that it's so popular! Girls my age, logging on to this website and doing their best to make their bimbo the star of the whole thing.
So excuse me if I sound like a 60-year-old woman when I say this, but honestly, what is the world coming to?

I agree, that is very disgusting. Why would you wanna be really really skinny anyway? Its not attractive and I think its worse than being over weight. Why would you wanna take diet pills? They don't even work. Very well said hun
