PHILADELPHIA!
The playoffs for the NHL and NBA are rapidly approaching and both the Flyers and 76ers have clinched playoff spots. There's not a better time to be a Philadelphia fan when your teams are in the playoffs, and neither of these teams will go down without a fight.
The 76ers have had some trouble regrouping since last year when Allen Iverson got traded to Denver. The Sixers got Andre Miller for Iverson, who has greatly helped the team establish chemistry. Andre Miller and Andre Iguodala lead this team on the court and off, and all their hard work has helped earned the team a trip to the playoffs. I believe that the 76ers can go all the way. This team has proven that they can beat anyone. They have recently beaten the Phoenix Suns, the Boston Celtics, and the Detroit Pistons. All of these teams are some of the best in the whole league. The 76ers are red hot right now and I expect alot out of the come the playoffs.
The Flyers finished dead last in the NHL last year, but they bounced back this year and made the playoffs. With guys like Danny Briere, Mike Richards, Vinny Prospal, and Kimmo Timonen I think the Flyers will go far. I'm not quite sure if they'll win it all but they have a great shot. They have a solid offense and their defense isn't bad either. The Flyers go to guys are Briere and Prospal, and I'll be expecting them to light the lamps quite often.
The best thing about the playoffs is that any team can win. Nothing is set in stone that the number one team will win it all, there could be upsets. There's nothing more exciting for me to have two teams I love in the playoffs at the same time. Hopefully they both win it all and I could write another blog about it. Until then, LET'S GO PHILLY!

Can't say I'm into basketball but as for hockey... GO SENS GO 8) I love the playoffs... and maybe this year my team won't choke. =D Yaaaayyy.
