So I've returned from a service at the church of Lushotology.

THE REVEREND HAS SPOKEN.
D:
And the choir was amazing. Roxanne

It all started with a really early wake up call from Libby. We were to meet up at McDonalds, then go to the airport. We got on a flight to Phoenix, Arizona at like 8 or 9 in the morning. We got on the plane and it started to take off, and I was being paranoid, so I grabbed on to Libby's arm and cut off her circulation. But not a lot.
And then my ears popped, that was annoying.
Once we landed in Phoenix, we took a shuttle bus to the rental car place, got a car, and Libby's dad dropped us off in front of the club. The Brickhouse to be exact. Very Happy
I took pictures, but they were from a disposable camera, so I gotta find some way to scan them on here. :O
So we got in line and found out about the 100+ people already being in line, and it wasn't even noon yet. We lined up and waited outside for 7 hours, eating bean and cheese burritos and applying sun screen in between. The sun screen didn't help too much. -_- We also met our line buddies. Sally and, well we don't really remember the other guy's name. D: But they were cool. So we sat out there until about 5:30, when we saw Tré's bus drive by. They must have been lost, cause they went around two times before finally finding the back of the club. lmfao
Then later on, Tré forgot something in his bus, so he ran out to get whatever it was and ran back past everyone and they all spazzed. Being so hypnotized, I didn't even think about pulling out my camera. D:
Sadly, they didn't allow cameras in the building, so I got no pictures of the guys. Molly
But we finally got let in. All the young adults under 21 got to go in the front of the stage, whilst the over 21 people, or old people, who choose to consume alcoholic beverages got wrist bands and they stayed in the back. There were only 500 tickets, and luckily we were part of the first 200. Very Happy Once we got to where we were going to stand, we ran into Andres from the GDC. I poked him. Then the opening band started an hour later. They were 'fashionably late'. In my terms, they were fashionably suckish. D: The lead singer chick's voice was so high pitched, it made me wanna strangle myself. People in the crowd were booing them off the stage. The only good part about them was their microphones didn't work half the time. That was the best part. Then they decided to play some cover songs. First it was Beat on the Brat, by the Ramones. They ruined it. But not completely. You could understand the words, but that chick's voice was just so AGH. And then I didn't catch what song they did next, but it was something by the Beatles. I would have probably recognized it, but they were screaming it, and the bass was too high. D:
And then they left and the Foxboro Hot Tubs came on. Booze and all. They played all their songs from the album, along with The Network's Supermodel Robots, that they claimed they'll steal, cause the Network stole their songs. tehe And they also played Blood Sex and Booze. Very Happy
lmfao, I met two of the guys. Reverend Strychnine and Jason.
Well, not officially, cause I'm sort of claustrophobic, so security pulled me out of the pit cause I felt like I was going to throw up and or pass out on people. I went to the corner of the stage and I passed out for a little bit, came back and The Rev was kneeling by me and he was holding my shoulder saying "Are you okay?" and I was like "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED. D:"
And they wouldn't let me go join people on the stage to dance, cause it was the last song so they waited til the guys decided to leave and sent me off.
So I went to the opposite side and they came back for an encore, so I stood in the not so harsh pit type pit and a bunch of people left, so Libby and I scooted forward, she tried getting up on stage with me to see if I was okay, but the old people there wouldn't let her pass, so we met up again, found the open space and everyone was rushing on stage to go hug *cough* Billie *uncough* and Mike and that new guy and Jason Freese, and Libby and I looked over at Jason White and we wanted to give him a hug, so we reached up to him to shake his hand, and he lent over and shook my hand. Cassie
Sadly, they left off stage right after that and there was no meet and greet.
Grr
But it was fun. And possibly the most awesome night of my life. D:

Okay, the only not fun part was when The Rev. leaned over our side and shook his head and all his sweat went flying everywhere. D: It landed in my mouth. Prr
But he also went stage diving like crazy, and once I touched him in a naughty place. tehe
He also pulled a little kid up on stage, and he was scared out of his pants, he told the boy something and sent him back to his mom. Very Happy
Omfg, it was awesome. D:
Oh yeah, Mike went stage diving too. Very Happy
