My favorite thing about the person I call my mom...
I would like to inform you all that if you don't understand sarcasm, you should leave now.
Cause this blog contains only sarcasm, except for this part.
Well maybe it's sarcastic.
What I love most about my mom, by Mariah S. -mumbles last name here-
The one thing I love most about the woman I am supposed to call my mom is the fact that whenever I wanna spend some time with her alone, or take some family time out for a day, she finds some lame excuse to back out.
Like today I asked her if we could have a picnic at the waterfall place.
She said no, cause it's supposed to be raining on and off. Well newsflash, it hasn't rained once.
Instead she blew me off to go have an afternoon with her friends.
She promised me last week that when my dad comes over this weekend, we would go have a picnic. Well dad is here, and you're not, mom.
I ask if we could have family time, and I'm not usually the one to hang out with family.
You make phony promises, just like Dad, then you blow me off to go to a bar.
You told me I should try and find a job over the summer, then you tell me that I have to go get the milk, when I thought you asked Dad, and I thought that was my chance to see if I could get an application. But I guess not.
I asked if you could go get me some grapes and you said "No, go do some working out and get them yourself" and then you see Dad getting up so you ask him if he can go bring you some grapes.
What the hell?
I hate it when I'm ignored, and I hate it when you tell me to go do something, I make an effort to do it, but then you pull me back again.

I sort of know what you mean. My mom doesn't really blow me off though, she's just never there...neither of my parents are.
I'm sorry=\
