Because They Can't Speak For Themselves
I wanna take a short moment to talk to you about an amazing band called Propagandhi.
So... I can't help but notice that a lot of kids in here listen to those -more or less- shitty new wave punk(?) pop bands like Paramore and Panic at the disco.
Now... if I would say what I'd like to say, you would probably tell me to shut up and stop bashing your favorite bands. But I'm not gonna bash them now, instead I will introduce you to this amazing band with strong, meaningful lyrics.
How many of you listen to Propagandhi??

What else can you ask for? These guys speak the truth, which is something to be proud of.
Personally to me the reason I started to listen to them was them defending animal rights. To me that's the most important part. They make me feel like maybe there is still good people in the world who care and give their all to change things that are fucked in the world.
Gives me hope. And that doesn't happen too often these days.

Defending sexual minorities and people of different races and nationalities is also very cool. Neither of those is something that would be personal to me, so I don't feel very strongly about them, bur it's still pretty damn awesome.
And also, they're against brainwashing bullshit... also known as... religion.
If there were more guys like this, the world would be a better place.
They're fine men defending on things they believe in.

oh yea, and did ya also happen to know that those cows wouldn't even have those huge boobs and a need to be milked if people wouldn't have made them that way. it's not natural, lady. natural is that baby cows drink their mommy's milk. we're not their babies, we're just abusing them. milk is for babies, not for grown ups. that's a fact you can't argue.

Rape is when one of the parties does not consent. I'm pretty sure cows would explode if they weren't milked.. If the cows did not want to be milked they'd fight the milking machines..

OMFG I WENT THROUGH THIS HUGE PUNK PHASE AND PROPAGANDHI WERE TOP ON MY LIST. Do you know Oxymoron? I was also in love with them. i agreed with most of what they said except for the religion part, because i am, but whatevs.

Their a great Band their lyrics are straight forward and to the point.
They believe basically everything I believe so I can really relate to what they write about. :)

i checked them out, and i agree that their message is good, but to me the actual music playing isn't that great. but you're right, the lyrics rock.
