Haters and Fans (of the Jonas Brothers)
Let's get a few things perfectly clear:
-I am on neither side, though I'm considered a 'hater' for not liking their
music.
-This is not related to the blog made about them earlier
-This is not meant to be rude or upset anyone
As a lot of people know, there is a huge war over YouTube and a bunch of other sites between the JB fans and haters. This has caried into real life too. It. Has. To. Stop.
Both fans and haters are getting carried away, messaging death wishes, extreme cussing, and other horrible things over the internet. All of this is over a boy band... How sad is that?
First, to the haters (almost all of them):
You have no place to be telling people what they should and shouldn't like. It's their music, let them listen to it. You can just go on by and keep your feelings to yourself. I mean, a bunch of people hate screamo or rap, but you don't see them whining about it constantly over the internet, do you? Give it a rest, and get over it. You're being a big jerk to a bunch of online JB fans, and sometimes even to the band themselves. How would you like it if people openly hated you every single day? They have feelings too. Just shut up and try to be nice to the fans, 'kay?
Now, to the fans (a pretty big part of them):
Not everybody likes your music, and I just have to say this; get over it. Don't keep saying "But they're soooo hot!" or "they're soooo much better than you or your crappy bands!". No. That's just bull. Get a life, live it, and let people live theirs, fans or not. I know it makes you mad when people don't like something you like, but just try to be polite and don't insult them or their music, because it's just immature. It's okay to be all fan-girl-ish, but please don't over-do it. To be honest, it gets really annoying after a year or so.
Okay, now to both of you:
Not ALL haters are jerks. In fact, some 'haters' (like me) don't dislike them at all. Actually, I think they're hot, great guys, and should keep playing. But I don't really like their music, and for that I'm picked on by fans. It's. Not. Effing. Fair. The so-called 'haters' have an opinion, so please respect it.
Not ALL fans are obsessive fan-girls either. A lot of them are actually pretty awesome. And because you don't really know a person over the internet, you could be harrassing a perfectly un-obsessive person for no reason. And even if they are obsessive; so what? It's not like they're doing the world any harm. Actually, they're acting just how a lot of teenage girls act. So leave 'em alone.
So, in short, this blog is meant to say: "Will all haters and fans please keep rude opinions to themselves? It's really hurting others, and I want it to stop."

This was pretty much a venting blog. After seeing so much harrassment from both ends, this really needed to be written. I hope nobody was offended, and if they were, I'm sorry. Thanks for reading.

It's like that with every band though.
A band can't win every person over as a fan.
No matter what you say or do these on-going wars between a bands fans and a bands "haters" will continue.
Everyone thinks they're right and no one wants to admit they're wrong.

Meh, its on the internet. What are a bunch of kids gonna do to each other either way...? I'd do any of the JB, but I don't give a crap about their music, the stuff I have now is good enough for me.
