Good Riddance Named Golden Oldie

Green Day's Good Riddance was listed on AXXA's countdown of most downloaded Golden Oldies.

You will be able to catch Green Day on TV several times in the upcoming week. On Wednesday,  at 12:00 p.m eastern time, HBO will be airing the Simpson's Movie where you can catch Green Day in the opening scene. On Thursday, Fuse will be airing The Making of the Boulevard of Broken Dreams at 11:00 p.m. eastern time, and Loaded: Green Day at 11:30 p.m. On Saturday, VH1 will be airing a countdown of the greatest songs from the 90, starting at 4:00 p.m. eastern time. Green Day is mentioned twice.

Pinhead Gunpowder Album Release

According to Interpunk, Pinhead Gunpowder's new album will be released on August 19th. The release will be issued on two different colors of vinyl and it's being released by Recess Records.

PacSun Pipeline to a Cure

Billie Joe attended a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis July 19th. Cystic fibrosis is an inherited genetic disorder that causes the body to produce a thick mucus that causes severe, life threatening lung infections. More information is available about the charity at the Pipeline to a Cure website.

Green Day was listed in XM Online's list of favorite unreleased albums.
