Dreaming Is For Free.
Yet another pointless Blog by Nicole. I am boring, don't you think? Well, you can always click on the 'back' button or the red button with an 'x' located in the upper right part of your scrren and leave this Blog. Okay? Hokay! This is where I talk about my dreams .. This is where I talk about what I hope this life will generously give me ..
As some of you may know, I play the drums in a band. We are not anything special but we sure do not sound like a cat choking on hair. In all honesty, I believe we're pretty good okay and I hope we'll only going to get better.
Being in this band made me happy again, the band game me something worth waking up in the morning for. The band made me more creative, I became a tad less insecure .. At this point of my life, I can surely say that the band means everything to me, along with my friends, of course.
John, George, Vasso, Chris .. Thank you for giving me a chance to happiness, even though you'll never know that. Thank you for putting up with my insecurities, my loudness. Thank you for putting up with me always being late. Thank you for the laughs we shared, thank you for our inside jokes. Thank you for those days at the beach, thank you for accepting me the way I am. Thank you for loving me despite how I am.
Guys, I really want us to make it big. I want us to be famous. I know we can do it! It isnot for the money, nor the fame. It's for the chance to affect lives, to make someone feel like they're not alone, to make someone cry, to make someone hope. It is for the chance to be someone's favorite person, it is for the chance to hear someone call you their hero. It is for the nervousness and sweetness of a live show, it is for the chance to hear the crowd cheer to the sound of their favorite song. I want to have the chance to do to other people what My Chemical Romance did to me. I want to have the chance to affect lives in the best way I can.
I know most of these things seem like selfish bullsh!t to most of you, but trust me, I do not really care. That is how I feel andI am glad I can still dream! And now, that the time to submit this Blog and stop typing it out has come, I'll leave you with a question ..
Would you be proud if you ever learned that we made it big?

I'm in the same situation. I'm a drummer in a band with great people and I understand you completely. Never give up, eh? You can do it. =)

this is beautiful, nicole. you write wonderfully. and i hope with every fiber in my being that you do go on to do all those things. i want people to feel that way, and you're just the person who can do it. <3 to answer the question, i would be beyond proud. i'm beyond proud of you now. =] but when you make it big, i'll be so happy because i know what it's like to have only a band and no one else. it's a wonderful thing, the way music gives people dreams, hopes, ideas and aspirations. i truly hope that you do get big. think of how many lives you could save, how many happy tears will be cried over you. ily!

I would be SO proud of you if you ever made it. I have high hopes for you. I think you want it bad enough, and you won't stop at anything to get where you want in life. That's exactly the attitude you need. Good luck with you dreams :]

If you made it big I'd be so proud of you Nicole I would surely cry from happiness, and I NEVER do that!
BUT
I am very proud of you now as well =) The fact that you're in a band and that you have band practices regularly. It's amazing.
And you're not boring, and your blogs are not pointless. I love your blogs. BUT I LOVE YOU MORE : D
