Ponyo.

[It's 2:00 in the morning and I'm bored out of my mind, so if what I'm writing doesn't make any sense, it's because I'm tired.]

Ponyo is, without a doubt, the MOST AMAZING MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I'm not even kidding.

Ponyo is a Japanese anime movie. It was originally in Japanese, but they had different voice actors do the English version. You can kind of tell, because when the characters are talking, their mouths don't exactly match what they're saying. I know I'm gonna get a lot of crap about this review because the movie has Miley Cyrus's little sister and the fourth Jonas Brother in it, but still. It's a really good movie. Now. On with the review.

The first thing you see in the movie is this creepy ginger with super long red hair, floating in the water. At first, I thought it was a girl, because his hair was so long. But no, he's a guy. Then, you see all these little baby fish things that kind of look like humans because they have faces and stuff and they kind of look like they're wearing diapers. And there's one baby fish thing that's bigger than the rest of the baby fish things. Then, the big fishperson thing gets on a jellyfish and starts floating.

In the next scene, you see a house that looks exactly like the house from Lilo and Stitch, except it's in Japan. And then you see this little boy who's walking into the water, and he's pulling his pants up even though he has shorts on and the water he's walking in is only up to his ankles. o_0 He finds the little fishperson and puts it in a jar. Then we learn that the little boy's name is Soeskay, and he tells some girl that he's busy, and the girl's like "You're not busy! You're only 5!". I LOL'd at that part. xD

Then he shows the fishperson to an old lady and she almost has a heart attack because she doesn't like fishes. I LOL'd again. The boy names the fish Ponyo. He then shows Ponyo to his mother, and we then discover that Ponyo likes ham. Ponyo won't stop screaming "PONYO LOOOOVES SOESKAY!!!" and "PONYO LIKES HAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!! YAAAAAAYYY!!!!!". It's so annoying, yet SOOOOO cute at the same time!! Then, Ponyo somehow escapes and Soeskay starts crying.

The next day, Soeskay is in the car with his mother. Soeskay is sitting in the front seat, even though he's only 5 and that is VEEEERY DANGEROUS. He has an ice cream cone. His mother asks Soeskay if she can have a lick, and he says yes, so she does, and all of a sudden, HALF THE ICE CERAM CONE IS GONE. ZOMG.

Back to Ponyo and her family. The creepy ginger guy is like "PONYO! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" and of course Ponyo is just like "PONYO LIKES HAAAAMMMM!!!!!". Then, Ponyo magically grows arms and legs, and somehow escapes and runs back to Soeskay. At this point, Ponyo is starting to look like a frog. Then, Ponyo goes into Soeskay's house and eats more ham.

All of a sudden, a TSUNAMI happens. And what does Soeskay's mother do? She LEAVES HIM OUTSIDE IN THE MIDDLE OF A TSUNAMI SO SHE CAN GO TO THE STORE OR SOMETHING. WTF.

What will happen next?!?! Will Soeskay survive!?!?!?! Who was that creepy ginger guy?!?!?!? Is Ponyo a girl, a fish, or a frog?!?!?! Why does Ponyo like ham so much?!?! To find out, watch the movie Ponyo! I don't want to spoil the ending for you! [Not really, I just fell asleep at that part in the movie and I don't know what happens at the end.]
