Makeup Tutorial: Partly Cloudy
Hai.I have another Tutorial.
Step 1: Prime Lid. As usual I used ELF Eyelid Primer.
Step 2: Next apply a soft, off-white grey from lash line to brow bone.
Step 3: Apply a light grey-blue on the inner 1/3 of your eye.
Step 4: Apply a sky blue on the middle 1/3 of your eye, blending a bit with the grey-blue.
Step 5: Blend a light indigo color from the outer 1/3 of your eye, up into the crease.
Step 6: Next line your upper lash line with Avon's Precision Glimmer Liquid Liner in Storm.
Step 7: Line your bottom waterline with a sheer white pencil. Wet 'n' Wild Color Icon Pencil in White is a good one.
Step 8: Line 3/4 of your lower lash line with Wet 'n' Wild Color Icon Pencil in Sky Blue, starting in the inner corner.
Step 9: On the outer 1/4 of your lower lash line, apply Wet 'n' Wild Color Icon Pencil in Deep Blue, lightly blending where it meets with Sky Blue.
Step 10: Apply two coats of Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara.
Step 11: To keep the cheeks fairly neutral, use ELF's Natural Radiance Blush in Innocence, then highlight with Essence's Shimmer Powder in Prettylicious.
Step 12:Apply a lipstain. I'm a fan of Palladio's Lip Stain in Rose.
Step 13: Apply a peachy colored gloss over your lip stain, I used BYS' lipgloss in Pinch of Peach.
End Result:

I feel like this look kinda gravitates toward lighter skin tones, but if you play with the colors a bit, you should be apply to warm it up. For eyeshadow I used BYS' 12A palette, which is only available in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, but these shades are easily duped.
