How important do you think it is that we find a cure for AIDs? I personally think it is a huge problem in the world, and I think that society neglects it and doesn't educate youth on it enough.

I think it's extremely important. I mean millions of people are dying. We have medication that slows down the process, but sadly doesn't stop it.

To tell the truth alot of resources goes into finding the cure, what is needed is relief for those who have it. People suffering in rich countries have a chance.

Food supplies, peace talks, and medication is what third world countries need. In the end like all diseases when a cure is found by an individual it wouldn't of taking millions. Until then we just have hope and a prayer.

Yeah. My gay uncle died of AIDS. He was a make-up artist and knew all the celebritites. I definetly think it is CRUCIAL we find a cure for AIDS.

Of course it's crucial we find the cure for AIDS. But sadly, it's a virus. Viruses are MUCH different than bacteria. Viruses can change their shape like nothing.

we need a cure for aids.because innocent people get it.i mean yes you may get aids from being 'gay' or having sex with someone that has aids.that hapens all the time but people dnt pay attention to it because they keep themselves to themselves and sometimes dont come out with that they have aids.aids is one of the most common STI's now days and they cant be bothered to cure it

We don't need a cure for AIDS, we need to make people more aware of unprotected sex so they won't get it in the first place! I understand there are a lot of cases in Africa due to young poor women selling themselves, but all it takes is to put laws at hand to stop it and give people condoms and there will be no AIDS by the time the next generation comes into the world

It should also be known that people don't actually die from AIDs but from the common cold, as the immune system is too weak to destory the virus and the body has no chance!

What needs to be done is people need to know if they have HIV (the 'starter' virus of AIDs) or AIDs so that they can take the right precautions to not spread it accidentally. This is espically true in the 3rd world were large numbers of people have AIDs but spread it unwittenly as they do not know it.

The only cure for AIDs is the people who have, they must control it and keep it inside them. We already have a cure in them, but they must protect others but looking after them selfs.
