And that's what I don't get.

People cut to forget the emotional pain and focus on the physical pain. It makes you feel better for a while but later you just feel fucked up.

I remember reading this one article talking about how when people cut, it releases a chemical in the brain that is more addicitive than heroin..which I found interesting...

Well...I have been really depressed! I thaught about killing myself...once...It happens sometimes that cut myself, but generally I have stopped! I have a Green period It is a period where everything is nice, and I listen to Green Day all the time

I used to cut. It was dumberst thing ever. It was just once. My mom wanted to take me to therapy and all sorts.

I did because at that time there was tons and tons of stress on me and I needed a release. I thought I was 'emo' [] and I was being picked on alot so I had a bad self image and hated myself.

It's almost as I was punishing myself for not being good enough.

Nowa days I just cry and listen to AFS [THE BEST BAND EVER AS OF 20 MARCH 2006] and eat.

I'm beginning this new binging thing. It's horrible. I stay up all night and eat all the food.

Sleeping also helps when I feel worthless like that.

I think my cat Billy is the best cure for depression. I love him more than anyone and anything in the world and he always loves me and is always so happy.

Writing journals is also brilliant.

Ah yeah.. that's brilliant when I feel down. I dump most of my thoughts on my Xanga... it's filled with loads of poems, songs and boring shit.. but oh well.. it's good for killing some time and it doesn't make me feel so.. bottled up.

OI, I have a story on a retarded, trendfollowing, jackass. Last year he used to wear pink and crap, and one day he cut himself with sissors(in class mind you) it was bleeding all over. One time also he put staples in his leg. He hasn't really changed much, now he acts, "punk". He pretends to skateboard, and wears black all the time. It's pretty amusing actually.

i'm usually a very happy person, but lately things have been putting alot of pressure on me, too much pressure. sometimes i feel like it would be great to just go to sleep and never wake up, but i know killing myself isn't the thing i have to do, even if it is the easiest.
