Are girls growing up too fast?

yeah why hasnt this topic at all blame the guys for any of this...the whole reason that girls are wearing the slutty little outfits and wearing tons of make up is to impress the guys because men are pigs...they see a girl and they go damn I want to fuck her and its horrible

Im not saying that men should take all the blame because you know it takes 2 ta tango, but they deserve at least half of the blame for whats happening

in year 6 we had year 1-2 buddies, and at the end of the year we bought them a present and they bought us a present, adn one of the girls in my class bought her buddy this thing of eyeshadow, and her buddy was only 6 or 7 years old, which i don't get. girls who are 6/7 years old are too young to wear make up. but then again her buddy was one of the "cool" people who always had about 3 or 4 differnt lip glosses in her pocket and was always putting more lip gloss on. and it's funny coz she used to be a tomboy and then all of a sudden she was all "girly".

and another thing, there are these kids in like grade 4 with ipods! IPODS! i'm in grade NINE and i don't have an ipod! coz they had this thing on the news about teachers banning ipods/mobile phones, and there were all these kids in grade 4 with their ipods! honestly, there ipods are a couple of hundred bucks ad you'er gonna give it to a nine year old!

yeah...im a sophomore in high school and i dont have an ipod...i will soon, but if you saw my music library, this is actually practical...but im not gettin an IPOD per se either...but yeah, kids think they need to grow up so fast. NO. enjoy the chilhood you have, its the only chance youve got to do so...once you hit high school, its all gone so fast...last year flew, man...i dont know about anyone else...but thats kinda scary when i think about it...

I mean when your young you always wish your were older..im 16 n ive just left school now...i wish i was younger...

I havent got an Ipod...i no a 10 year who has one...
Another thing latley im seeing 10 year olds with better moblie phones then myself.....the worlds gone mad.

And the whole losing your virginity at the age of 11 is just wrong...but the parents blame the school's...the school's blame the parent's....

yeah...the world is a pretty fucked up place right now. crusades in the middle east again (WTF^^!) and kids having sex before they can speak their native language properly, worse yet, kids who speak 1337 (leet) before they can walk...
maybe thats an exaggeration, but WOW. weve gotta do SOMETHING...jeez...the world is going down the tubes and we arent even trying to fix it. maybe im just oversensitive today, but it makes me wanna cry...

the worst thing about this problem is that there isnt really anything that anybody can do about it

At the age of 11 i was still playing football with boys n stuff like that, noway at that age was i thinking of sleeping with any of them.....

Peer Pressure, its a nasty thing....i think it determinds how strong a person you are to be able to resist it, and if you want to be the same as your friends.

But its a reality check im 16, 17 next year...and looking at 11 olds now compared to when i was that age....its a total different ball game now......

im 15 and i still just wanna go to the park and play frisbee...im not really worried about impressing guys, cuz guess what? the one guy i do like is a really good friend of mine as it is, and i guess thats gonna have to be enough for me. besides...were close enough that he knows when im faking...^.^ maybe im just lucky, but if everyone had friends like that, they could BE themselves and they could be immature and just have FUN, and they wouldnt have to worry about impressing people.

yeah i've always had really good guy friends too, i already have the guy that i want and i'm not worried about impressing him cuz he likes me for who i am!

Why they are such little angels! [/sarcasm] Actually, the high school cheerleaders have sleeping bags in the outer store room (its like a little shack that holds the football stuff and has this deck thing). I think you know what those sleeping bags are for.

I think it's pretty stupid. The suggestive clothing, cell phones, short short short shorts, all that crap. None of it makes sense. Aren't we supposed to cherish our youth? I'd rather remember myself as a crazy young Green Day addict, than a whore.

What's the big deal with cell phones? i don't get the problem...if you aren't trying to fit in and be cool...and you have a purpose to having it other than text messages...like getting ahold of parents when you are out or something. clothes...i think ALL people should be covered up without a bunch of skin being show...or the whole world should go to it's roots and become naked always....and yes you are supposed to cherish our youth....but what you are saying is making it seem like....you aren't supposed to be that way when oyu are a kid...but you are when you get old..lol

I mean sure, it was a little bit sexy in the begining because there were 13+ doing it but that's because of puberty and they have just an ounce more meaning to it. But it is still sickening in some cases. The cell phone thing... well, sometimes they are necessary, I mean, the only reason I have one is because I have recently become diabetic and need a phone with emergency contacts right away but these girls... well I have no opinion on this. But in all this is too much... for 8-11 year olds. 12? Maybe. 11? No. Period. Slut is not in the definition of the role of an 11 year old girl.

slut is a rold that that should stay in the bedroom when you are having sex. Nobody should be under that definition...it's wrong to portray yourself that way no matter how old you are.
