and i'll tell you what else, the 11/12 girls who wear "innapropriate" clothing that only barely cover their boobs, well, most of them havent even GOT boobs to show off!! For gawd's sake!! Well I was 11 or 12 I was still playing with bloody ponies!!

Girls seem to act how they think they should... like how girls in r n b videos act and stuff, like they're guys sex toys, which is... weird.
I think we should just all act however we want, and not worry about what other people think.

yeah I defintely still act like a kid! But the only thing I do is wear make-up. And I don't always do that.

it's okay to have a cell phone, i have one just in case of emergencies and stuff like tellingmy dad to pick me up here and shit.. but 10 year olds using cellphones.... o.0? i mean.. what would they do? call thir friends and talk about crushes when there's the home phone line... and make up.. i started using makeup at age 14... because the people were discriminating me and insulting me so i turned goth-like to scare them..

im nearly 15 n i hardly eva wear make up! the most i wear is like... a bit of eyeliner. n i dont go round in teeny mini skirts n stuf either. n i will go out n see all these 6yr olds in mini skirts n halter tops n they wear bikinis to the pool wen they r like 3! i dont think i eva wore skirts wen i was 6 n i got my first bikini wen i was like.... 9. its so weird seeing all these little kids dressed all slutty...

Hmm, she was probably lying to make herself look cool...i've had that happen before. little kids will come up and start swearing and calling other people their "bitches" and it's sooooo funny! But I wouldn't really take her comment seriously...they just want to look cool because they've been watching programs on tv that promote that kind of behavior. Kids like to imitate people they admire.

Mmm, but it DOES matter. You need to be a kid when you're a kid. If you grow up tooo quickly, you'll lose a very important time in your life. Childhood is a time where you learn responsibility, and most importantly, how to make the right decisions (though this continues into puberty and on into adulthood). Let's say I hand an eight year old a joint. Given what he's seen on tv, given the fact that his parents probably haven't explained to him what drugs are and the fact that there is a possibility that they can indeed harm him, what do you think he's going to do? He wants to be a big kid doesn't he?? He's gonna take it, whether he knows what to do with it or not....

My point is, is with the eight year old, he hasn't been taught that he has the option to say no. The only answer to him is yes. He's imitating what he sees, and that isn't a well thought-out action. He also doesn't know what he's getting into.

Growing up needs to come with time. You can't just decide one day that you're going to be all grown up. You must gain knowledge, take responsibilities, and be able to take all the information you've gained to make an intelligent decision--and trust me, I wasn't ready for all of that when I was thirteen, fourteen or even fifteen. I'm nineteen now, and I think i'm just starting to make smart, *excuse me*, well-thought-out decisions (they aren't necessarily the smartest).....

I probably had a tankini when i was like 7/8 but i really don't see the point of little girls wearing like bra bikinis when they dont need to hold anything up. I admit i was wearing a bra when i was 10 but i was an early developer.

This one bitch at my school used to be my best friend but she was a slutty whore. She wanted me to dress just like her when we were 8! She would walk around in just a bra and she didn't even need it! She would tuck her shirt in so it would only cover her chest area. She would wear thongs at 8-9 and wear skimpy clothing. Her mom was okay with it! She wore dark make up, talking about black and dark blue eye shadow, clumps of mascara and eye liner when she was 10. I didn't start wearing make up until I was 13. Old guys would look at her and she would try to be like britney spears and dance like her. I was fed up with her so I'm like fuck this your a slut last year. Shes 14 now and she is still slutty... I guess some things never change.
