Are girls growing up too fast?

I don't even remeber what age I was. I remeber me being fairly young, but I don't honestly know.

yep and to me. The youngest person in my family was 10. And we thought that was young.

She went through major depression though, got bullied a lot at school because she had breasts before everyone else. She's 18 soon and is still on anti-depressants...

yeah because you start whenever your body is ready and there is not NYTHING us women can do about it. Unless of course you have an hysterectomy. But thats drastic.

I remember watching an episode of Nip/Tuck ages ago, and a daughter had just started hers at 8, and they were all saying how the additives and stuff in food makes your hormones start "going mad" at a younger age.
Mind you, I dunno if Nip/Tuck can be counted as a reliable source lol

Started my periods.

I got my period when I was 12, but thats out of our control, it just happens. It certainly makes you feel more mature and adult like, but the truth of the matter is, it doesnt.

My year 6 history teacher told us (the class) while we were studying that topic. Victorians I mean, not menstruation

I read somewhere they started later only because their diet was different, you know, more fibre, less fat. basicly, it was healthier.

I think some girls do. It looks really stupid.

No, you don`t. I got mine when I was in the 5th grade.
It was unexpected for me. I didn`t thought that I was going to get it so fast.

I started when I was 12. Hell, its hard the first few times. I had to experiment, and find out which methods are best for me.
