Are girls growing up too fast?

I got mine when I was 11.
Didn't make me feel more grown up or anything.
Just gave me lots of pain >_<

i was 16 and i ahd left school, the doctors wanted em to have tests and all that shit but i started when my body was right and not before

I got mine when i was about 13, and it was quite unexpected, just before Marshall Arts one day.

I dont like how some girls these days are wearing the full make up and little tiny clothes when they are about 7 years old. I was walking from the station one day and these two girls who were about 7 and 8 years old were talking about losing their lip glosses and which boys liked who in their grade. Plus they had their skirts really short, and their shirts tied up above their stomach. They also thought they were quite superiour to other people too. I'm just thinking they are a bit too young to be acting like this.

I started when I was like nine. Then I cried for like...two weeks. Not cause of pain but just my mood swings >_< I dont get pain but I get mood swings....thats not any better. I remember the exact day I started...I remember cause of Harry Potter As you can see its funny for me Alot things happened at that time.

You're lucky then. I wish I'd started at the oldest age possible. Not that it affects me at all pain wise (I still don't know why ), but I got a bit of an 'ewww' reaction from some people at the time.

I know a girl who is very immature, and every month without fail she likes to inform us...well. She treats it like menstruation makes her a 'woman'. Which it doesn't.

I know how that is...it was so fucking hard to have the shape of a woman when all the other girls look their age. Its still that way cause everyone i go to school with are "late bloomers"

I think is awful! I can remember just spending hours playing with barbies (Call me a loser if you must), but now its all makeup and cell phones. I have a cell phone but i never use it unless its an emergency.

I see these girls on the streets sometimes and they cant be any older than 8 or 9 and theyre wearing tube tops and mini skirts, and these big-ass sandals. Its disturbing

Yeah... Girls are growing up too fast. I've seen like first or second grade girls putting on lip gloss and there's all these younger kids who are dressing slutty and all.

well i think girls should savor the time they have when they're a child, sure. but some people just want to grow up and be hot shit and the one all the boys want. i'm 14 and i still go walking through my hallways at school singing oh my darling clementine :] but i still wear make up, and just got out of a serious relationship with somebody and don't listen to any of the bubble gum bands anymore. it's all a matter of opinion. i'm afraid of growing up, when i'm not going to have my parents there to support me anymore, yet i still want to get out on my own and experience new things.
