This is prbably gonna get locked as it's pretty similar to a few other threads but i feel the need to moan excessively about sexism and how men think they can treat girls however they like!!!

I personally think that guys really need to learn a liitle respect. Today me and Kat had guys shouting at us "How much an hour?" I could've fucking killed the little cunts if they didn't drive off. But I also think that girls don't help themself with their low self-esteem and feeling of need to be sluts. It just makes me so angry the way men think they can treat women!

Sometimes they do. They don't treat themselves with respect and dress as if they don't which gives men the idea that they can "get some" off of her.

like this one time I was talking to my boyfriend about that and I know he was just messing with me but I was like grrr I hate how guys treat girls like objects...and he was like yep girls = living objcts...I was like rarh! yeah he was just joking I know he respects me but some guys really think that and its wrong

If you change the name of this topic, to something more general that hasn't already been covered it can stay

Guys need to learn that just because a girl is wearing a short skirt it does not mean she want's to have sex.

All the years of the Womens Rights Movement, and here we are in the 2000's, all you need to do is flip on the TV to any music video channel and you'll see women in bikini tops, daisy duke shorts, and thongs sticking up to their hips. And while they're dressed like this they're pole dancing.

IT MAKES ME FUCKING SICK!!!!!!

It's discusting!!! You can't turn on a music channel without seeing women in miniskirts and bikini tops doing the same dance aound these guys that basically say they're pimps! all the hard work that people like Emily Pankhurst and Kathleen Hanna put in seems to have been for nothing!

I totally agree people are sick, its like all our generation cares about is sex...every freakin 2 words you hear now adays is somethign sexual...its insane, yes girls are partly to blame for actually wearing these things (thongs, mini skirts, etc...) but they wear them because it seems like you dont get any attention if you arnt wearing things such as that...ok like say there is a guy who seems nice and you might want to date him do you really think he is gonna notice you if you always wear jeans and a t-shirt, no he wil notice you if you look the steriotypical "hot"...what im saying is things need to change, girls should be able to wear regular old clothes like I do without worrying that they dont look like the hot girls on tv

Rap represents this. Turn on MTV, see a hoe shaking her ass. They are all saying the same thing.

"I'm horny so screw me!"
"That girl has a huge ass and it's NICE!"

But why do you think these girls do this? Most of them are insecure about how they look and feel that doing things like this and getting loads of compliments makes them pretty. And they're getting paid loads by no other than...men!

True. I forgot about that. I know that is why they do it but sometimes girls make a big deal about the way a dude looks and says something relatively the same.

Yeah it's true. It's a shame really...I don't think it'll ever be fair or undegrading...But I'll just keep worshipping Kathleen Hanna and hope for the best..

It's sick.
