it's amazing how many people listen to Nirvana and how so little people understand them

Nirvana is one of those bands you have to understand

and they're my favorite band ever

Kurt cobain had a thing for writing. His lyrics were amazing, and had so many messages that could be read and interpretated. Truley one of the best bands ever.

Me too... But yea I understand them..... Kurt was an amazing person and had hidden meanigs in his lyrics.......He was a great person but very misunderstood... And it's not fair that till' now Kurt's death is still a mistery. Kurt needs justice.

i agree... but people can find evidence for anything if they want to believe it bad enough.

The one song lyrics that always gets to me is You Know You're Right. It was the last song they recorded together and just.. look at the lyrics and then fast forward like 5 months ahead and Kurt is dead. Its just amazing how much the lyrics correspond to the whole event ah.. its just .. I can't even describe it. Its the only Nirvana song that really really gets to me. And its not even my favorite song.. its just either "ironic" or Kurt really was at peace at that moment.

I think people can believe whatever the fuck they wanna believe. If its still not known by now, then it's probably gonna be an open case forever. People can question all they want but... I think that the only people who know the most about what happened or may even know something are Dave and Krist and Courtney.

I came across an mp3 of her reading his sucide note live to people in Seattle or something and it's just so heartbreaking to hear. she's crying and asking everyone to call him an asshole cause he killed himself (and they do). and it especially sucks for her cause she's not only known as "the guy from Nirvana's wife" but "the guy from Nirvana's wife who killed him." and she's so talented. if you just listen to Live Through This, you just forget about all the other shit that surrounds her.

I agree. I have heard so many conspiracy theories over his death...the wierdest one was that Dave Grohl, Krist and Courtney teamed up together and killed him, then made it look like he committed suicide. Thats so untrue as it was proven none of the three were anywhere near Kurt when it happened, so yeah I think it was his own suicide, I mean he did have a few problems and all.

Dave said there had been previous .... times when he had been called when Kurt had overdosed or something and they had thought he was dead but then he came back.

And as for the post abt Where Did You Sleep Last Night? That song is amazing. I can sing along until he starts screaming and then I can't speak. Its a good song. And there are songs I dont even like electric that I love acoustic like On A Plain.

I love Nirvana. May i suggest to hardcore fans to get the Sonic Youth movie "1991: The Year Punk Broke" it chronicles their tour with Nirvana and though Nirvana aren't in it THAT much, when they are, it's hilarious.
And they have some pretty decent performance footage.
