Is there such recording of just kurt singing polly, woth no music in it, because i want to play guitar of that song for expressive arts
no, but it's easy to sing and play at the same time
incredibly easy

the only hard part is tryign to find the correct bass tab because no one has ever posted it

I know it, but I don't have an account to a tab site so I can't give it to anyone

but yeah, it's really easy to do both, and if not, ask a friend to sing

Thanks, but i really can't sing it!, i could get a friend to sing it, but i could just play it on it's own.

Just focus. Get the strumming down first until you know it without having to play and then sing. That's how I do it. I like playing along with the CD and play and sing with Kurt. It helps me get it on track. All Apologies is hard cuz I always either go too fast or too slow and lose track and then I get all confused

I wanna see them! Hopefully someone scans them or I go to a store that has them. Stores suck around me and there aren't any good magazines in any of them.

Laughing You're so educated.

I had that magazine...forget which one it was, but it had the 100 greatest guitar albums of all time in there and Nevermind was #8.

then again, All Apologies is in like drop C flat when you do it right then the rest of the strings are just flat.....it's so weird tuning

I'm a very loyal Nirvana fan even though they were a little bit before my time (I was too young to remember them). But when I got into Green day I also got into Nirvana and I've loved them ever since. Kurt Cobain was so talented and I read his suicide note and it brought a tear to my eye. It's such a shame that he had to go. Crying or Very sad

Isn't it just half step down and then drop D tuning on top of that? I'm usually too lazy to do half step down so I just play it in drop D tuning and its good enough for me lol. I love playing that song. I dont know why. I think I just love how my fingers are constantly moving on the fretboard. It makes me feel like I'm somewhat decent at playing guitar.

Eversince I bought the Making of the Nevermind DVD or whatever it is I've been looking at Teen Spirit and Something in the Way a different way. Cuz they talked about it and its just relaly cool. If you're interested in production and that stuff, you should definitely get the DVD if you see it. Its interesting. And Dave's a great storyteller Laughing

I think people should just give it a break. I loved Kurt.. I mean .. whatever. I love him, he's a great singer blahblah. I've never met him or whatever. But its been over 10 years. People need to move on with life.

I think the only people that actually have ANY clue on what happened are Courtney Love, Dave and Krist as well as other people close with them. I don't know, I just think people make Kurt's death a bigger deal than it is. I'm not trying to sound bitter or bitchy. This is just my opinion

I randomly found it off Limewire, but I can upload it for you if you want

and yeah, I agree with you. all these people blaming Courtney. it's fucking lame. and she doesn't get the credit that she deserves. people think she's just some spoiled, widowed whore, but they haven't listened to Live Through This. she's an amazing songwriter when she wants to be.

there's my CLove rant

Haha. I think she's gorgeous. And she's a bit wild, but I know she can definitely be calm when she wants to be. And she's great with Frances. It can't be easy being a celebrity and a single mom.

I TOTALLY agree, its kinda annoying when people talk about all the suicide of Cobain, and less about the great music he left behind. Like you said, whatever happened [conspiracy theories aside, I personally don't believe em, it was suicide in my opinion but ah well] is in the past.

Now, back to the music! My brothers birthday today, hes currently wearing the Nirvana shirt I bought him for his bday Razz
