I mean, it's just, I think you should have some idea of what's going on down there and be willing to face what could happen. and I always thought it was a way of expressing love, if you're married, or with someone you love, that is.
In Indiana the age of consent law was recently changed (which I think is stupid.) The law here is you can have sex at 14 AS LONG AS you are dating the person you are sexing and they are within 4 years of your age. The law used to be strictly 16, but a bunch of 16-19 year olds were getting put on the sex offender list for messing around with someone 1-4 years younger than them.

In Holland they have Sex Ed. at like the age of 14 or something by having a couple having sex at the front.
Holland also has the lowest rate of underage pregnancies. So it obviously works.
I think the age should be 16. But if somebody wants to have sex and feels ready, there's not really much the government can do from finding out. They hardly walk into bedrooms in the evening or anything o_o

I would either laugh a lot or be scarred for life, so yes, I assume it would work
It's 16 in the Uk it doesnt matter what age the government make it its always going to be broken and someone will always have it underage probably due to curiousity or wanting to look good to their friends

Except for the few one in one million cases in which girls can achieve puberty at a very young age. This mostly happens as a result of pressure on the pituitary gland that controls hormones.
