Its okay, if two people underage have sex, but I think its considered statutory rape if someone older has sex with someone underage. I'm totally using my Law and Order: SVU knowledge right now so I'm might be wrong.

Anyways yeah a lot of times no one will do anything if someone has sex with a minor if its consensual and no one really knows, but the minor can press charges

If a person underage and a person of legal age got caught, the legal one could get into trouble, depending if the parents wanted to press charges or the minor involved wanted to press charges. Something like that. AND the law sometimes DOES NOT make sense LOL

I'm not saying it's good for them to do that but if they really really wanted to they would at least be safe! D: I still don't think 12 is sensible at all.

The way that time changes.... When I was 12 I still wasn't sure how things worked down there. Sexual education in my school was rubbish, I'm still unsure about some things.
