matt can still scream, but he chooses not to. he and the band wants to do what THEY wanna do and really doesn't give a fuck what other people think, i don't think that's wimpy at all. that decision could've either make or break them, and in this case, it made them super successful.
i just had to get it out there that not screaming was a choice, it's got nothing to do with matt's vocal problems he had. |

Yeah because they wanted to expand what they could do and push themselvs to the limits. They can't do that if all they do is scream. It's harder to sing than scream. |

exactly! you word things better than i do =P and they also didn't wanna be part of the 'hardcore' scene as they were put in cuz of the screaming. from the interviews i've seen about the screaming/singing issue, it seems like the guys are relieved it's all singing now =P |
