whoa, that's brutal. by a7x really isn't heavy metal, they were surprisingly a punk band first and now they've been accepted by the metalheads. but they're still somewhere in between both.

Well from the new album it doesn't realy sound anything like punk. Their old stuff sounds sorta like metalcore and City Of Evil is Heavy Metal.

city of evil and all their albums are quite metal actually. they were only kinda punk cuz that's what they grew up with, but their music is quite metal-ish. the guitaring is amazing, which makes it not punk =P nah nah, some punk guitar is good too
