Phear the Piano

I can play 2 instruments, the trumpet and the piano~and I despise the evil trumpet.
Ever since the 4th Grade I've been playing the piano and at age 16 I still love it.
Right now I'm beginning to create a medley (A Medly is a compilation of 3 or more songs smashed into one song) of "My Immortal", "Clocks" and either "Porcelian" or "Good Riddence" (can't decide on the two)
Anyhow, anyone love the piano?

......I love piano.......really flexible nd expressive instrument....

I've always wished I could play piano, I think it looks so elegant. And it sounds gorgeous. I've tried a few times but I just can't pick it up that well

Whenever the world angers me or I get depressed I can just play the piano and it makes me feel better.
And i've never been able to sing worth shit in my life.

......exactly, it's a great outlet.......it didn't really make me feel better, just gave me something to put that energy into....

...same with singing.......I just let my heart and soul come out through my voice and lyrics....

...it doesn't matter if you're not much of a technical singer........if you've got soul, there's a foundation to build on

Oh, still, it's a hard one.
But everyone's gotta start somewhere.
Except for Mozart...he could somehow play when he was like a little kid.

i took lessons in piano a long time back, but i kinda quit cuz i grew impatient. now i want to start up again with lessons but i'm too occupied with guitar. but i still love playing some tunes on piano, there are just some sounds i can get with a piano that i could never get with the guitar. the pianos great, i love it.

.....................I'm near 100% self-taught.......getting 'November Rain' down was a huge achievement for me........

.........to this day I can only really play my own songs really well.......with a few exceptions.....
......'Estranged' is my Everest...........near 10 minutes long, but it's so beautiful........greatest song of all time...

.....to be able to play it well would be amazing.....it's what I'm working towards
