The concert where I've been to was different. It was damn great en people cried there out of happiness, lots of special energy there. It was amazing, I'll never forget it

Sadly, I'm not. Lollapooza '06 - When they played, one of the worst shows I've been to. Low energy. Boring music. Didn't play enough hits. It was just boring and dull.

Was it one of those shows where they insisted on playing practically every song from Stadium Arcadium? Because I could see that as not being all that great of a show - it's a good album, but we want to hear the old stuff.

I finally saw the Snow video today and I was like "Eh." I know they're on the road and all but...if you don't have time to make a good video, don't make one at all. That's just what I think.

Wow, this is a negative post. I truly do love the Peppers, though.

that's your opinion. I've heard a lot of good reviews from that show though - some people called their performance one of the best of the festival. but I wasn't there, so I don't know. (you lucky poo, getting to go to Lollapalooza)

I saw them at the Virgin Festival though & they were awesome. good balance between old stuff & the obligatory SA stuff

How could ANYONE say they're crap live?! So much energy, especially for a bunch of 40 year old ex-drug addicts!!! The songs carry immensely well onto the live stage WITH room for mucking about and impromtu jam sessions. They have the ability to get the crowd jumping along with them and use it. I've never, ever, heard a bad review for them - and when I saw them I could see just why.
