I heard RHCP, Foo (Darling Nikki) and Green Day all in a row on the radio station today. I was the happiest girl ever I get amused by little things like that. but it was mostly because it was Darling Nikki, my brother was going to change the station but I slapped his hand and then later Best of You came on while he was flipping the stations but I was kind and let him change plus Idon't like that song much anyways.

I head For All the Cows on the radio last night and I caught the end of Learn to Fly. They usually just play the IYH singles on our stations, though there's this one station, WYSP, that uses the Foos as their backgroundish music for their talk shows. They started it out with Stacked Actors the other day and I got all excited and cranked it up and then they started talking over top of it.

I think it was Snow and then Darling Nikki started and you know that guitar riff ... as soon as I heard it I was like..."FOO FIGHTERSS??" and Josh started to turn the dial and I just smacked his hand and was liek "Fuck off... this is a good song"

anyways... I'm back from FL WOO. And I have lots more Dave pics.. and I'm sure there's others.. I just haven't gotten to those threads on the Foo board yet

They're playing in Scotland and Ireland too
That sucks. How come you can't go to any gigs? And I'm sure they'll definitely come around again for their tour for the new album once it comes out

There's a new channel on sirius satellite radio that's kickass, Lithium 24. it's all grunge and 90s alternative...all the really good stuff. They've played one song i hated in the 16 hours I've spent in my car in the past week. It's awesome.

they have a lot of bands and songs that don't get airplay anymore...old RHCP, old Green Day, Live, 32 Leaves, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, lot of Foo Fighters (including stuff from S/T which is AWESOME), Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains, The Offspring, Nirvana, etc. It's seriously the best radio station ever. I can't turn it off.

So he basically uses that firebird to play Stacked Actors since it's the only song that's in Drop A and Drop A sounds fucking hard core. It's so low and grungey and yummy.

I want to tune my guitar into drop A someday when I have a lot of time, and just play Stacked Actors over and over. I love how it sounds. My brother tuned the bottom string on his guitar down to...a C or something and he was playing Blew by Nirvana and it sounded really cool. and I want satellite radio.
