Guess what? I'm in love with End Over End. Very Happy

I think I need to go on the Foo board and talk to the equipment geeks. Think All I know is that I don't really need or want a lot of crazy effects, and I know what I want when I hear it. Dno And I also think I want an LP Jr, because I have small hands too...but it only has one pickup? Hm, dunno if I like that.

TOLD YA. EOE is probably in my top 5. AFter New Way Home, Exhausted and Aurora. So it's probably 4. Sex I love it.

Definitely go to the Foo board they may be scary at first but they're really nice. THe one named Miles is the nices and he's like a genius and knows everything. Sideburns is an asshole at first but he's pretty helpful too.

haha I don't play WELL at parties, and that was more of a high school thing-- more of a "oh shit you play guitar? play something" with groups of friends...especially when my boyfriend at the time was around.

Now I mostly just annoy my housemates!

Anything you want to know about UVM I'll dish on...there's actually a really defined split of people here, and it's not really what you'd think...but I have fun all the same.

Then, of course, there's the naked bike ride...college is so rediculously fun, the only time you can do the stupidest shit in the world (and i could tell you STORIES, man) and get away with it unscathed Very Happy Very Happy

Ah. I'm so excited. I hate hate hate high school .Especially mine. The problem with mine is that it's so small so you hear everything and it's annoying and you hear about lal hte stories of people smoking pot and dirnking and who got in trouble nad I'm always with hte same girls when I play sports.

When we catch eacother on AIM i'll make you tell me the stories Fizz

NEW YORK, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- RCA Records announces today the re-signing of Foo Fighters to a new long-term recording agreement. Initially signed to RCA in 1999 the Foos, led by Dave Grohl with Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel and Chris Shiflett, have sold over 20 million albums worldwide to date. Debuting in 1995 with the self-titled Foo Fighters, the band has since earned four Grammy Awards including Best Rock Album for There Is Nothing Left To Lose (2000) and One By One (2003).

"There are good bands and there are very good bands and then there are the special outstanding hall of famers. The Foo Fighters are true rock and roll hall of famers. It's been tremendously gratifying for us to be a part of their legacy and I'm thrilled that our special relationship will continue," states Clive Davis.

Founding Foo Fighter Dave Grohl comments, "With all the crazy sh*t that's gone down in the record business over the last 10 years, it's been a huge comfort to know that the people at RCA have always had our backs. The support and freedom they have given us has been invaluable and I'm glad to have them continuing with us into this band's second decade."

Foo Fighters are coming off their first live album, Skin and Bones, which documented the band's summer 2006 tour. This series of intimate theater shows featured acoustic-flavored songs from the landmark double disc set, In Your Honor, along with fresh new interpretations of favorites from the band's entire career. In Your Honor received tremendous critical praise -- The New York Times hailed it as "an unexpected magnum opus."

This month the band returns to the recording studio to begin work on their sixth album with world-class producer Gil Norton, whose credits include Foo Fighters' double platinum & Grammy-nominated The Colour and the Shape (1997) and classic albums by the Pixies, Echo & the Bunnymen and Patti Smith.

Heralded by The Hollywood Reporter as "one of America's premier rock n roll bands," Foo Fighters are confirmed to appear with The Police on June 23rd at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. On July 7th, the band will perform as part of "Live Earth" -- a 24-hour live concert event spanning seven continents and organized by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore and the S.O.S. (Save Our Selves) campaign to highlight the dangers of global warming. The concerts will take place in Sydney, Australia; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Shanghai, China; London, England; Kyoto, Japan; Johannesburg, South Africa; and a U.S. city to be announced. In addition, Foo Fighters are headlining the UK's V Festival in August 2007, which has already broken records for being the fastest sell out in the history of the event.

unless they do a secret show. They do little clubs when they do secret shows. Nah I think it won't be the last we see of it. It may not be as frequent as it used to be but they even said they don't like playnig to a crowd that's too big. Dave hated playing at Hyde Park. Said it was too many people and too hard to reach out to everybody.

I want to see them in a small venue. I'm definitely going to see them as much as I can when they start touring around here. Probably once in NJ and people usually end up playing like 2 shows in NYC so I'll try to go to both. That's assuming my parents will let me. But I'll have my license by the time they start touring theUS again Retard

dammit, they never come anywhere reasonably close to me. MA sucks.

How is it we get hawthorne heights playing the local club for $18, but we can't get foo fighters to play anything less than the 50 gajillion seat enormodome for $120 a ticket???

well usually if a band comes near here it's to the DCU Center or the TD Garden in boston.

Mullins center has good stuff but it runs hot and cold...one year you'll have 1947952 good acts, the next, there'll be nothing. Tonight is TBS/Underoath but that's the best thing to come through in awhile. my junior year of high school we had RHCP and a bunch of other good stuff.

Aaah, I know, I'd love to see a show like that. I saw them in a pretty average-sized arena in Cleveland a year and a half ago and we were pretty far away Molly except when Tom and I ran up alongside the stage Cool

The best shows I've been to were 50 or 75 people in the clubroom at pearl street. Arena rock isn't as fun for me. I mean it's cool and all, but so completely impersonal.

FOW is coming to the ballroom at pearl street on Apr. 21, I'll probably go. I remember the first show I saw in the ballroom was Static- X in fall 2003. I think the ballroom is only 200 or 250 capacity so it'll be fun. I like loud sweaty rock shows where you're five inches from the PA and the lights are just as hot on you as they are on the band.

It is impersonal. I can't wait till I'm older and can get to smaller shows.

FOW's coming to...the Diesel Club in Pittsburgh on June 7. Dno
