The best shows I've been to were 50 or 75 people in the clubroom at pearl street. Arena rock isn't as fun for me. I mean it's cool and all, but so completely impersonal.

FOW is coming to the ballroom at pearl street on Apr. 21, I'll probably go. I remember the first show I saw in the ballroom was Static- X in fall 2003. I think the ballroom is only 200 or 250 capacity so it'll be fun. I like loud sweaty rock shows where you're five inches from the PA and the lights are just as hot on you as they are on the band.

I was going to go to that show at first but then I figured it might just be easier to go closer to home.

haha I just listened to dave's loveline appearances. he's hilarious.

or at least, I was, until my suitemate decided to accuse me of "emotionally cheating" with her boyfriend. I don't even know what that means, but whatever.

no freaking clue. apparently someone told her we talk on the phone alot.

I have his phone number, but I've never spoken to him on the phone, ever.

ironically, there is some bizarre tension between us but I would never do anything about it. She just decided to give me the whole passive agressive "I'm not mad but..." crap. Yes, I'm having phone sex with your boyfriend when you're not around. Jesus. Don't be so insecure.

Jesus. That's fucked up show her your phone bill or something. You shouldn't have to in the first place but if she's being bitchy?

how can you room with someone who you have tension with? Well you only have one month left

And I'm listening to the music you posted. I really really like Gin Blossoms
Haven't gotten to Smashing Pumpkins yet. Just finishing Radiohead, they're not bad.
And I didn't like Stone Temple Pilots too much.

there was a time when Stone Temple Pilots were called Stone Temple Plagiarists...lol.

I have some more gin blossoms if you'd like some more. radiohead is sort of hit or miss. OK Computer was a great album, I hated Kid A.

Found Out About You is the one song that defines the 90s for me. I don't know why, because it doesn't have any special significance personally, but I must have heard it a lot because it just IS like 1994 to me.

The tension is between her boyfriend and I, kinda a do I like you do you like me kinda thing. The agreement from most people I know is that he likes me. We'll see.

I threw her my phone and I was like not that I want you to see who I talk with, but you r boyfriend isn't one of them.

Uh oh. Don't get involved with that because he's her boyfriend lmfao. That'll just blow up inyour face.
Good for you for throwing your phone at her

And yeah if you could that would be great about uploading Gin Blossoms stuff. Do you have any Blind Melon? My rbother was playing a song for my mom a while ago and I just remembered them.

Definitely go for OK Computer. You probably know the two songs I posted pretty well.

I remember all the hype about Kid A in 1999 and I heard it and I was like THIS is what everyone was shitting themselves over? I thought if anything the Deftones' White Pony was way, way better.

Traffic and Weather

1. Someone To Love

3. Yolanda Hayes
4. Traffic and Weather
5. Fire In The Canyton
6. This Better Be Good
7. Revolving Dora
8. Michael and Heather At The Baggage Claim
9. Strapped For Cash

so my suitemate's boyfriend just came into my room at 12:45 am to discuss with me the merits of covering toilet seats with toilet paper before using them.

I was like...come again? I'm lying in bed and you come in here to talk to me about toilets?
