I listened to nothing but the Foo on the bus home from MA. Needless to say... I'm still obsessed with them apparently. I can't beat that obsession. It's probably 1 1/2 years now
Influents coming up.
And Kristy. I don't go on the TPDC anymore either. It's too cliquey now and it pisses me off since I've been there since the old days and it sucks now.
Mwah I love you. I haven't had a CRAZY all-consuming musical obsession since the Foos, actually...I guess the Libertines have come pretty close but I'm sort of just bouncing around right now. I anticipate a massive obsession in the next few months
I'm hardly on BA now either I miss the old gang, that was the first thread that was my home on here and now we've all sort of dispersed.
It's bound to happen I guess. I mean I forget sometimes that this is a messageboard and I dunno. I do miss the BA HMD No One Knows thread wtih Lizzola, Jonny, Ella, FP and Luke. that was fun. They were like my "first home".
Mine too And FP and Lexus are still around and I love them madly, but Liz is getting MARRIED for pete's sake and the others are all off having lives.
Oh jeez. Lizzola. I'm gonna be in fucking college in less than a year. It's scary. I'm just waiting to hear about colleges now. fghlfkdsjghlksd. Godammit. I hate waiting |

I have a Nirvana obsession and every so often I get cravings for them. Last night I watched some Nirvana stuff on Fuse and I had a huge craving to listen to Nevermind and I popped in the CD this morning in the car. It made me happy. But the thing with Nirvana is sometimes their music afffects me or just makes me feel weird and it really does depress me. Not what I need since I've been in weird moods lately. |

Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 5438 | November 28th, 2007 at 02:48am Color Me Impressed:Janie Jones:Color Me Impressed:Janie Jones:Color Me Impressed:ANNIE - Wtf's up with the first Libs album? I looked it up on Amazon because I was going to put it on my Christmas list but it's like... out of print or some shit.
You mean the self-titled one? Because that's actually the second, Up the Bracket is the first. And I dunno, I looked all through the shite stores around here and couldn't find it anywhere but I did eventually find it at a cool little store in Pittsburgh. That's weird that it's not on Amazon though I can just upload it for you if you can't find it anywhere But probably not till tomorrow now cos I've just gotten on my laptop and I'm about to go shower. Yeah that's what I meant. I thought you downloaded it and couldnt' upload it or something? I dunno. Maybe it's just because they're releasing Time For Heroes in the US soon.
No, Up the Bracket was the one I bought on iTunes cos I couldn't find it and then I had to burn it to a CD and re-rip it before I could upload for you. That one I just bought, so I could upload if you want.
They're releasing Time for Heroes now?! The band's only been broken up for two years or so Alright, I'll keep looking for it and if I can't find it, I'll DEFINITELY be wanting that. You created a monster. I've been listening to Up the Bracket every morning on the bus.
Time For Heroes the greatest hits comp, not the song.
Dude. It's freaking addictive, I'm telling you, I did the same thing when I first got it. I think it's the most played album on my last.fm and the second one isn't even close
Ahhh, right. Knew that |

Exactly, it often ends up being my teen angst music I listen to a couple songs here or there but mostly the only times I go Nirvana crazy are when I feel depressed already. And the other day I did listen to them a bit cos I'd just seen Unplugged on VH1 Classic. |

I saw it on VH1 the day they premiered it . I was pissed they screwed up the order. I never really realized that the you couldn't listen/watch the show with the songs out of order. It just needs to be the way it is
