I love that song. It sounded amazing on the acoustic Skin and Bones DVD. It's Dave's song so he's been playing it at all the shows since he the acoustic tour 2 years ago

These kids were having an argument at my school over the Emory mascot (Eagles) and Brown mascot (Bears) and they were arguing over who would win a battle.. and so this girl who's going to Tufts comes in, all sick of the argument and goes the Jumbo would win because he's an elephant and they can stop you guys

It's a Nirvana song with Dave on vocals and Kurt on drums. But Dave owns the song really. It's the only song related to Nirvana that Dave will actually paly. Besides Friend of a Friend which was written during his times during Nirvana.. acutally most of the S/T was written during the time Dave was in Nirvana.

Nah. Dave said it's about the heros in his life and how they're like ordinary people.
I think the onyl song that's literally about Nirvana/Kurt is FOAF.. although he mentioned something about Let It Die.. Even I'll admit it that when I first heard Let It Die I immediately though of Kurt and Courtney.. I was pissed at myslef for thinking that cuz that's what everyone does

Besides, I'll admit it.. I'm growing to like the city more... NYC fucking rocks. My brother says Boston sucks and he likes NYC so much better. NYC is the city that never sleeps. Boston is the city with a bedtime. Besides... Boston people are fucking crazy when it comes to sports. It's scary.

And NYC has so much more to do and it's so much fun. I want to live in the city after I graduate college. My friend is acutally moving there.. her parents want to go there after she leaves for college. My parents wanna move into the city when they retire. That'd be so cool.

Hahah. Yeahhhh. I posted that yseterday I stayed up to watch it.. it was hard.. but it's on youtube anyways if you look. THey played the Pretender.. a bit disappointed.. I would have rather LRTR or Let It Die or anyhting else.. Pretender is becoming a bit overplayed.. but they sounded really tight. They're in Philly now!

The Foo Fighters are reportedly suing American comic book giant Marvel Comics for copyright infringement.

The band are alleging that Marvel uses "substantial excerpts" of two of their songs to promote a new animated series.

They say that their tracks 'Best of You' and 'Free Me' appear in the trailer for the new series 'Wolverine and the X-Men', reports Rolling Stone.

The Foo Fighters are seeking unspecified damages, and also name the series' producers First Serve International, Toonz Animation India and First Serve Toonz in the lawsuit.

Marvel Comics' other character properties include Spider-Man, The Hulk and the Fantastic Four.

I heard about that. I'm not really sure if I agree with the Foos.. like its kinda unnecessary. THey could have just told them to get rid of the songs but at the same time it's... copyright infringement..
