"Rebel Cred: Let the Clash, the best politically brazen band ever. Even Sandinista! was awesome.
Liability: He never should have gotten his teeth fixed."
So yeah....that's that. John Lydon is also in it and there's an amazing unattractive picture of him. There's also Patti Smith and David Bowie and a bunch of others. |

Okay so in English class, we have to bring in a song that deals with freedom or lack thereof. I'm bringing in Know Your Rights, but wouldn't mind having a back-up Clash song. Can anyone think of one or should I just stick with Know Your Rights? |

Posts: 74 | December 21st, 2006 at 02:02pm my friend taped my mouth [as a joke, she was annoyed that i kept talking about the clash] so then i got a piece of paper and writing utensil and said that she was violating one of my clash-given rights. i started writing them down, but then she took away the paper and taped my hands. then the teacher walked in and was like are you okay? and my friend was like, oh yes, she's fine. then i broke the tape on my hands and untaped my mouth and proceeded to talk loudly and frequently again. and that is summer ceramics for you. |
