  | March 3rd, 2006 at 10:30pm I see lots of stories that were just written because the author was bored and needed something to do. I have no problem with that. But just about all of these stories have bad grammar, poor punctuation, etc. So I suggest that you actually put some effort into writing those stories, otherwise they will most likely get deleted. Even if you don't care whether or not your story gets deleted, at least put SOME kind of effort into it. I'm tired of seeing poor stories because the author was just bored and lazy with their english. So, bottom line, if you're going to submit a story, even if you don't care what happens to it, put some effor into writing it. Otherwise, don't submit it at all because it just takes up the editor's time. And if you KNOW that your story isn't good, either go back and make it better or don't submit it. I'm probably rambling now, but I feel it needs to be said. SO...please put some effort into writing your stories, even if you have no intention of continuing it or you don't care what happens to it. You never know, a story that you didn't think was that good could end up being a big hit and then you might WANT to continue it. |

They're bound to screw up every now and then, so get off their case. I don't believe she's referring to mishaps in stories like the odd typo. She means the authors of the stories that are typed up carelessly with obvious avoidible mistakes.
