I just tried it, not having an idea how it sounds.
Say you don't want it
There's nothing more left to want
Lethal overdose of sensation crushes harsh insensitivity
A hand pressing upon my wrist, feeling my unsteady pulse
A wrecking twist wrenches my stomach
Overlooking the world with tear-crowded eyes
Tormenting throbbing migraine sinking
Digging it's claws in
Torrid rain striking painfully
Leaving blisters on my skin
My truely tried ways to deal are to vanish
The canvas of regrets and forgotten stories
Drawing new marks on my strained life line
As the stitches are getting sicker with every new stumbling move
And realisation is nothing more than a phantasy
A way to forget I'm your sweet mistake
That I'm your lonely tart
That I'm your witless sell-out punk
With a scantily fixed heart
If you love enough you'll lie a lot
Fear-struck of having loved and lost before
Visions of betrayal haunting my conscience
Take my hand, I won't let go
I carved confessions in my heart and promises into my skin
Anything for you, my dearest, if it only makes you happy
It's my clarified reasons to cry or not to
It's my own mental rape
It's my addiction to sacrifice
The reasons I can't escape |
