 | April 5th, 2006 at 10:10pm I usually write happy poems...This isn't sad and suicidal or something...It's very...angry...
It's I was almost completely healed from depression and today I got my first suicidal thought since a couple of weeks ago because my teachers are not telling me any of my homework and then giving me shit for not doing it and they just don't seem to care and want to hurt me when they say they want to help. Yeah...ok...It's a little...I don't know but, what I like about it is I put A LOT of feeling into it....yeah...

I wanted to be free and breath
Like I was running through a spring field
with warm breezes going across my face
like a soft, silk scarf, letting the wind
take it through the sky, soaring smoothly.
But, they ruined it all
Those demons who kill and destroy
They looked me straight in the eye and murdered me
Tearing me apart, piece by piece.
I was close to being healthy and refreshed again
When their bitter greediness decided they liked to see me fall and wither.
I feel that hole in my stomach growing deeper-becoming wider
As their faces fill with joy and laughter.
Why do you inflict terror wounds
and take your hands and dig
into me and rip out the healing?
Every gash and stab makes me wince
and each wince fills me with anger and hatred
as I say, "Damn you all" as my eyes start to close. |
