 | September 4th, 2006 at 09:17pm wait_what:Sheepless and redundant:So I heard about AFI the day Decemberunderground came out, because it was on the iTunes store front page. And now I have all their albums including both EPs, two shirts, and have gone to a concert.  It all happened amazingly fast.
I liked AFI back in 2003, but never really admitted it to anyone because I liked to tease my friend, Amanda, about loving them.
Then, I finally bought STS in May...
And LOVED it. 
Now, I have 3 shirts and 7 cds, I've seen them live in concert, I've met Adam, I've joined the Despair Faction, and have been labeled a traitor (jokingly) by some of my Green Day fanatic friends.
So... I understand. 
Wow I'm going to join the Despair Faction, I got a promotion in the final CD I needed two weeks ago (The Art of Drowning). I don't think my mom will be too psyched, though. I'm not allowed to join anything that sounds morbid, or any t-shirts that she considers to be "repulsive" (not that I want very many of those). I'm twelve, you see, and she clutches on to me like a four-year-old's once lost teddy bear. |

Hey, I sent a picture of my cat to catsinsinks!  I'm serious.
Haha! Awesome! I keep wanting to take a picture of my cat in a sink and send it in, but everytime I'm home, I forget about it... That, and my cat doesn't really get into sinks... In fact, she's scared to death of the bathroom...
It's the kitchen sink she's in my pictures. But I went through around 1000 the other day and I didn't find it. They must have tons of people uploading every day
Meh. My parent's kitchen sink is nasty. If my cat jumped in it, I wouldn't be taking pictures, I'd be giving her shots and medicines or something...
But yeah, my favorite picture would have to be one of this huge, fat cat barely sitting in a little sink. Hilarious!

& also
AFI is creating a video to be released in DVD format. I don't know any more details on this, I just found out. I know they are asking DF'ers attending the Cali shows to be interviewed for this. |
