Nope, it's just a one time thing. When you sign up and pay the fee, they send you a welcome package with a bunch of awesome stuff in it. And you have access to the DF section of the official messageboard, as well as tons of other cool, worthwile benefits. $29.99 really is a small price to pay for what you get in return.  |
