I know its such a random thought, the most logical thing would have been to say he was an electrician or something, but no he went for the King of Belgium, that mad lovable Doctor Welll, logically the king of Belgium was an important figure in the old days, and he probably would have travelled to England for the coronation.
And Belgium rawks.
And the psychic paper showed the dude what the dude would have wanted to see, so I think he would have been proud (if puzzled) to meet la Roi de Belgique. |

I always thought the psychic paper showed what the person holding it wanted to see, like when Captain Jack showed it to Rose and it told her he was single, dunno though, might have got that wrong! |
