Song lyrics.. that's hard. I have an obsession with song lyrics but here are some i can think of at the moment and I'm not gonna mention and Green Day lyrics cuz I love almost all of Billie Joe's lyrics and it'd take me all day to list all of them.

"Coming in a mess going out in style
I ain't good-looking but I'm someone's child
No-one can give me the air that's mine to breathe" - D'You Know What I Mean by Oasis

"I once knew a man, very talented guy
He's sing for the people and people would cry
They knew that his song came from deep down inside
You could hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes " - My Man by The Eagles

"What can you do when your dreams come true
And it's not quite like you planned?" After the Thrill is Gone by the Eagles.

"I don't know why fortune smiles on some
and let's the rest go free

Maybe the time has drawn the faces I recall
But things in this life change very slowly,
if they ever change at all
There's no use in asking why,
it just turned out that way " The Sad Cafe by the Eagles

"She says she won't listen to the band play
She hates songs that never seem to go away
Now neither will mine" Barbra H by Fountains of Wayne

"Sometimes I wonder where you are
Probably in L.A.
That seems to be where everybody else ends up these days" Hackensack by Fountains of Wayne

"Don't tell me what I wanna feel, afraid of never knowing fear" - Lounge Act by Nirvana

"I'm looking for a complication
Looking cause I'm tired of trying" Learn to Fly by the Foo Fighters

"They say I'm crazy but I have a good time" Life's Been Good To Me So Far by Joe Walsh

"I want to turn the whole thing upside down
I'll find the things they say just can't be found" Upside Down by Jack Johnson

...Meh. Nirvana has better lyrics than that...

Anyways, I think Queen should have been number 1.

I'm glad Coldplay got on the list too. Yellow is a great song...but really, I guess any Coldplay song could have taken it's place.

And the one by The Police was just freaky.

I'm glad Radiohead is on that list though. That lyric from Creep has to be my fav.
