i dont think so...i dont know, it just seems like a money making thing....Im sure Billie enjoyed writing the script or whatever he wrote for it, but i just diont think it would do very well and it might hurt their career, and the sell out thing would happen all over again.......Dont get me wrong I would go see it, but i would be nervous for them when reviews and shit cam,e out
i don't even know anymore...im bipolar on that issue....i'll just list 1 Pro and 1 Con of making a movie.
Pro: A.I. is an amazing album. Hey, if The Who did it with Tommy and Quadrophenia, Pink Floyd did it with The Wall, And Metallica did Some Kind f Monster, then why not GD?
Con: I just have a feeling that if not done the right way, it will just end very, very badly.
Either way, if they DO do it, I'll still pay money to go see it.
No i dont think the should do all of that stuff, but i do think they should have a big input in it, i mean we already know that Billie wrote a treatment for it, but they should just leave some things to the professionals, they are musicians not directors

Very good point, I do agree, I forgot to mention in my original post.
They should have an input on it because American Idiot is their album, so they should have some say.
