Dispatch SOS Shoot Me, I'm A Newbie Age: - Gender: - Posts: 59	May 3rd, 2006 at 10:24pm I was surprised that there wasn't already a topic for this movie (which happens to be my favorite ). It's about two guys, Jake and Elwood Blues, who go to visit the orphanage they were raised in. They find out that the church is going to sell the place and the only way to save it is to pay $5000 on property tax. Jake and Elwood decide to put their blues group back together and raise the money by playing a huge gig. Many famous singers like Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin make appearences. It's a great movie, and even if you don't like blues music, a lot of the songs are good too.

There's so many great moments in it that I'm not going to start, because then I'll babble way too much. But yeah it's a fantastic movie.
