and no words could express,
how these last two years have been with you,
for they simply were the best.
They were filled with laughter,
and maybe some tears,
from all lessons learned,
over the years.
There were some friends,
maybe "special" ones too,
but through every one,
I was there for you.
It seemed to fly by,
and we didnt have time,
to see every new wonder,
god gave us, divine.
But we can't worry ourselves,
over things unseen,
because there's so much more,
to know as a teen.
Ya, thats what i said,
a bit scary though, huh?
We used to be little,
but now that's all gone.
We can't take the easy way,
out anymore,
for life isn't a game,
but an ever growing chore.
We have to be wise,
and have our wits around,
so when whenever we feel lost,
we have a way to be found.
Theres one thing though,
that you know will never change,
throughout your life,
I hope that I'll stay the same.
Which is a lifetime friend,
that will always be true,
and listen to your heart,
cuz thats all u can do.
So, in the whole scheme of things,
if i never get the chance,
I'm gonna take time to ask you…….
WILL U SAVE ME THE LAST DANCE?

Ya, I wrote this in like a short amount of time, and I know the flow could be ALOT better, but i just wanted to post it to see wut u guys think. If ur nice, i'll give u candy. haha. |
