I found this =O It's kind old but I thought "hey, why not post it".
I think it's not been posted before because I thought it was bad. Confused

Paranoia

Suddenly words turn to daggers
That glimmer in the light
Of paranoia.
They leach out
Stabbing
Attacking
Ripping holes in an already confused mind.

Insecurity leaks and spill upon
The myriad of figures dancing
In a forever mocking way.
Lurking hidden messages
Awaits behind every sentence
To strike upon lacking trust.

Fear of rejection mixes with anger of being afraid.
The emotions tumble in a turmoil that’s roaring
On the inside of a thick skull filled with jagged memories,
Which cut through rationality with razor-sharp blades
Of a morbid past that creates the insane future reactions.

Isolation on an island created out of frustration,
Desolated in a raging sea with waves of mistrust
While trying to hide from the haunting inescapable facts.
Everywhere a new threat, every day means distrust
And every stranger can turn out as a demonic enemy.

Outstanding!

"Everywhere a new threat, every day means distrust
And every stranger can turn out as a demonic enemy."

Friends and family get untrusted with paranoia also.

I like doing reviews, and frankly, you completely deserve one.

"Suddenly words turn to daggers
That glimmers in the light
Of paranoia."

^A small grammar mistake Wink

"Insecurity leaks and spill upon
The myriad of figures dancing
In a forever mocking way."

^Such a beautiful way to put it.

When you started making the lines longer, I really thought that it would mess up the entire flow, but yet again you proved me wrong.

Overall, this poem has a pretty strong meaning behind it.

Thank you for the correction.
I try to have a beautiful way with words. Sometimes I succeed.
Heh, you should know that I’m terrific at making my poems flow nicely. Cool

I know they do. Everyone can be distrusted, it just depends on a lot of things really.

Don’t call it pretty good. That’s just precisely above ok. It’s a lot better than that. Retard
Also to me pretty good means it could have been a lot better and that constructive criticism is needed.

Yes, I’m overreacting. I’m very picky when it comes to comments on my poem since I take them rather seriously. =P

*bows* I’m glad to hear. Um, except I didn’t hear it, I saw it because you wrote it eh... well, it’s just a figure of speech. Wink [/rant]
