They got they're band name from David Bowie's song 'Hunky Dory'. The members of the band are as follows: Luke Pritchard - lead vocals, guitar Hugh Harris - lead guitar, backing vocals Max Rafferty - bass, backing vocals Paul Garred - drums, percussion Callum Stones - everything but...........you can find more about them by going to their offical website on http://www.thekooks.co.uk/ seriously I would suggest listening to their new album. I quite like It.

I think theyre the shite! their music has a mish mash of sounds and i just love every song! Although Naive will always be my favourite!

In fact all of their songs are easy, I think thats what gives them some of their charm. In a time where songs are getting more comlex and OTT they cut it right back to the bare-minimum with lyrics about nothing and everything. Fantastic stuff. Would love to see them live.

Just sort of try everything different in different orders until you get it right. But the rhythms are pretty weird. Sort of just how you'd play if you weren't playing anything in particular!
