well no one should think that their better than everyone else for one thing. thats just ignorant, but no i dont think we have a right to stalk celebrities. i consider celebrities just having normal jobs like the rest of us.
Just because you have nothing to do but spy on "Brangelina" (whoever thought that up should be shot without trial) doesn't mean that magazines need to be published about their lives. What is the mystique that surrounds celebrities? The only thing that separates us from them is an assload of cash. Several assloads. So they get access to better cars, better houses, and better drugs. Tha doesn't change the fact that they are just as boring as we are. The world just seems to pay more attention to them. I can't think of anything more mundane than the whole Hollywood love triangle shenanigans, or the breakups, or the hookups, or the love children. That shit goes on all around you, people. Get the hell over celebrities and look outside. Now that that's out of my system, i will move on to grousing about politics, as is my wont.
no, they're still people, ya know. would YOU like it if you found someone snooping aroud your house or looking through your trash or taking random pictures of you or your family without permission?

You have to think, though: They put themselves in this position of insane media attention. They want their lives a certain way, they want to be treated a certain way, and often DEMAND it to be so. It's a horrible double standard to say "I want to be treated better than the average person, want more people to know me..." and the like and then get angry when no one respects their privacy and say that they have rights just like everyone else.
Sometimes being priveleged means relinquishing some of those rights.

they put themselves on show and they should expect some sort of privacy invasion but however that doesnt give us the right to go snooping into there love life and childrens life, after all the perants are famous and not the kids, the media have split up many many famous couples and made many problems for them with they're anti truth bullshit they have going on, the latest people being the MCcartney's should Heather got the millions and millions she is reported to be getting.

As long as photographers are not on private property and not being violent, they have every right to take pictures.

But really at the end of the day, they're the celebrities and know about paparazzi and how rude they can be depending on how badly the want the story or whatever

Thats Illegal if they are on my property and they would be fined.
Ok, well, its a good point to say they put themselves in that position, but at the same time, they dont PLAN their divorces and marriges and children BEFORE they become famous, so its not like they decided to try and keep all this stuff from the public from the very beginning.

They deserve every right an average human being has.
But some of them are real attention seekers. That type has no right to complain.
well when it comes to sex tapes and shit like that know. That is violating basic human rights, but when it comes to the paparrazi (sp?) i think , that the price you pay for being famous.

How so?
People aren't forcing celebrities to make scandalous sex tapes. If they don't want to deal with that, THEY DON'T NEED TO DO IT. They know that the consequences of that could be the public finding the tapes, or them being released to the press.
There's no violation there, nothing in the UN's Declaration of Human Rights.
It's a publicity stunt, that's all it is. No human rights violations.

Unless it's some awards show or press conference or premiere or whatever, people should leave them alone. They deserve to have privacy and respect like the rest of us. I don't think the paparazzi would appreciate anyone stalking them so they need to have the same respect for celebrities.
