nope, tim isn't in the band. i think he helped produce the first album or something though... i dont know, i remember seeing his name in the inserts somewhere.
anyway, they're pretty cool. they were one of my favorite bands a few years ago... about 3 to be exact. and i saw them at the 2004 warped tour. i missed my two favorite songs though, because they played them first and their set overlapped with anti-flag's. |

yeah, that's what i dont really like about most punk bands. a lot of them dont really have anything to separate themselves from the others, so they're all basically the same. |
